Simple and delicious, these Salted Caramel Pie Crust Cookies require just three ingredients, go together in minutes, and taste just as good as anything that would take hours in the kitchen!

Salted Caramel Pie Crust Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 package refrigerated pie crust
  • store bought or homemade caramel sauce
  • coarse sea or kosher salt

Directions

  1. Unroll store bought pie crust and cut out with a cookie cutter.
  2. Place on a greased cookie sheet
  3. Bake at 400 degrees for 6-9 minutes, until lightly browned.
  4. Allow to cool for a couple minutes on a cooling rack, then drizzle with your favorite caramel sauce.
  5. Top with some coarse sea or kosher salt, and enjoy!
